Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money or solve financial problems. This page is for adults aged 18+ and explains how to stay in control.
Set your limits first
- Decide how much you can afford to lose before you start and stick to it.
- Use the deposit, loss and session limits offered by the casino account tools.
- Set a time limit and take regular breaks.
- Never chase losses and never gamble with money needed for bills, rent or food.
Warning signs
- Spending more money or time than planned.
- Borrowing to gamble or hiding your activity.
- Feeling irritable, anxious or guilty about gambling.
- Gambling to escape stress or low mood.

Self-exclusion
If you want a break, ask the casino support team to close or restrict your account, and consider blocking gambling sites and apps on your devices.
Australian law and offshore casinos
The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 restricts certain online gambling services offered to people in Australia. Offshore casinos, including those with a Curaçao licence reference, are not licensed in Australia, and the protections you would expect from an Australian regulator may not apply. Check the legal position that applies to you before you play.
Protect minors
Keep your devices and accounts out of reach of anyone under 18 and use parental control software where needed.
